Accessibility statement
Last updated: 9 October 2026
ViewStream (Online Advertising & Video Streaming Solutions Ltd.) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website, our video player and Studio. We work to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.
What this statement covers
- This website, www.viewstream.co.il, in English and Hebrew.
- The ViewStream video player, on player.viewstream.co.il and as embedded on our customers’ websites.
- Studio (studio.viewstream.co.il), the management application our customers use.
Websites that our customers build with ViewStream belong to them, and each owner is responsible for the accessibility of their own site. The player we supply them is covered here.
What we have done
- A “skip to content” link, clear page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) and headings in a logical order.
- Every link, menu and button works with the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Images have text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Full Hebrew and English versions, each marked with its language and reading direction (right-to-left for Hebrew).
- Light and dark themes, and animations that respect the “reduce motion” setting of your device.
- The layout adapts to phones, tablets and browser zoom.
- The contact form has a label for every field, and error messages are connected to the field they describe.
- The video player can be used with the keyboard and offers subtitles: automatic Hebrew subtitles on programmes and videos, English where available, switched on and off from the player.
Known limitations
We are still working on these:
- The tours, how-to videos and pre-roll examples on the Tutorials page do not yet have captions or a text description. They have music and on-screen text, without narration.
- The live bandwidth graph on the VDN page has no text alternative for screen readers yet.
- Studio has not yet had a full independent accessibility audit. If any part of it is hard to use, please tell us.
- Some pages from our previous website may still be reachable at old addresses. They were not built to this standard and are being removed.
